Age of Conan Integrates Server-Side Nvidia PhysX Technology

Funcom recently made some major updates to its Dreamworld engine for its MMOG, Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. The new updates allow for more graphically impressive elements to be displayed while playing the game and according to today's press release, Funcom's Dreamworld 2.5 engine is now the first game to make use of Nvidia's server-side PhysX technology.

The new updates have more than doubled the speed of in-game physics processing, allowing for realistic collision effects and massive improvements to performance. Check out the official press release after the break.

New Age of Conan Video Details Graphical Rendering Changes

Funcom has been releasing steady updates over the last few months for Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures to enhance gameplay and graphics. Their recent 2.1.3 update made some extensive changes to the Dreamworld engine and enhanced the game's graphics. To provide a look at all the latest changes, Funcom has posted a brand new video to its YouTube channel that shows off the new graphical improvements to the already very beautiful looking game world.

Age of Conan Newsletter Details 2.1.5 Update, New PvP Server and More

The 29th issue of Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures newsletter has just been released detailing all the latest updates to the graphic MMOG.
