Age of Wushu Offers a Sneak Peek at the School Betrayal System
As 2013 nears its end, Snail Games has already mapped out some of Age of Wushus content heading into 2014. Next year Age of Wushu will see the arrival of six new sects to the game, which players from the eight original schools will have the chance to join in one of three ways: Betrayal, Excursion, and Incognito.
Each option comes with its own benefits and disadvantages should you choose to betray your existing school. Betrayal, while quick, comes with heavy repercussions, but can open up the other sects and schools. This action, however, will forever ruin your chances of returning to your current school. Alternatively, the Incognito option can take a long time to complete and also be costly.
Heres the skinny on the details.
School-specific Identity, Titles and Internal Skill will be erased completely. School-specific fashion and function will be rendered unusable. Players will not be able to join the betrayed School; however the other seven and six new Sects will be open for recruitment.
School identity, titles and Ultimate Scrolls will be erased completely. Internal skills lowered, School-specific fashion and function will be rendered unusable.
Player will not be able to join any of the original schools while under Excursion effect; the six new Sects will be available.
