There has been a bit of confusion in regards to 64-bit operating systems and their ability to run Age of Conan. Since the Dev Panels last week, it has been suspected that 64-bit operating systems like Windows Vista 64-bit would not be able to run the game, particularly the Collector's Edition. The confusion started when the dev team responded that the Collector's Edition would ship with the standard 32-bit client.

Setting out to clarify the confusion, Pharamond posted today that while there are no native 64-bit binaries, 64-bit systems will be able to run the game with an included 64-bit executable shipping with all versions of the game.
