Continuing NetDevil’s Auto Assault how-to guide series, we bring you “Gadgets and Tinkering”. Ever got an object with a red circle at the top? That’s a gadget slot. You can use the Tinkering skill to unlock it and insert a gadget. Gadgets can really help beef up your items, which is why having a good Tinkering skill is always advisable!

Let’s say you have a Masters Degree in Blowing Stuff Up. You don’t have much of an interest in recipes, building your crafting disciplines, spending time gathering components and experimenting with weirdo commodities in the hope that you can make a bigger, badder gun. We get it. Your destiny is to cruise the wastelands, raining destruction on your enemies – and leaving all the crafting and refining stuff to the city dwellers. You use whatever is useful what your enemies leave in your wake, and sell the rest.
