A Guide to the Turbine Personnel
Behind DDO

Dungeons & Dragons Stormreach (DDO) launched in North America just
over two months ago. DDO has already seen its first major content
update ( href="http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=163">The
Dragon's Vault), and Module 2 will be announced at this year's
Electronic Entertainment Expo.

It's clear that the developers are busy
working in their offices (labs?), but are they paying any attention to
the gamers on the official DDO forums? Are they addressing the issues
in the existing content. One way to measure how much value a company
places in its paying customers is by the presence of developers on the
official forums. I have tracked 21 developers, 16 of whom have been on
the official forums in the past two weeks. This is a good sign for DDO
fans!



While I was tracking those 21 developers, I decided to put together a
directory of Turbine personnel to help gamers get to know the staff
better. Below you'll find the names of every Turbine individual to post
on the official DDO forums. Along with the person's forum handle, I
have added job title, real name (where available), and some notes about
the role that person plays in the bigger
picture of DDO. You'll see Community Relations, Customer Service,
Technical Support, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Developers, and even a
Wild Card.
