To say that gamigo has high confidence in Reakktor Media's upcoming free-to-play space-based MMOG Black Prophecy would be an understatement. And gamigo showed just how far their confidence in the new MMOG goes in a recent press release in which the free-to-play publisher announced that it had purchased all rights and trademarks to Black Prophecy.

In the very same announcement, gamigo also announced that it has purchased a 19.9% stake in the game's developer Reakktor Media. If financial speak isn't your thing, there is one other bit of promising news for you in the release.

Rainer Markussen, Executive Board Member at gamigo, said this: "With the completion of closed beta testing and the award for "Best of gamescom (free to play)" last year, I'm really looking forward to seeing "Black Prophecy" go live in the very near future.

Check out the official release on the Black Prophecy website for more details.
