The Station Exchange servers currently do not have new auctions available. Why? It wasn't explained. Can you smell the exploits? I can. Blackguard stated:

The ability to create new auctions on Station Exchange servers has been temporarily disabled while we check out a few things and make sure all is well. Thanks for your patience.
