Ntreev USA, the publisher behind free-to-play titles such as Pangya, Trickster Online and Grand Chase, in a recent press release announced that it has undergone a corporate re-branding and will now be known as SG Interactive. The re-branding reflects the company's recent acquisition by SmileGate, developers of the online FPS, Cross Fire.

SG Interactive will continue to publish Ntreev's library of games and expand its free-to-play catalogue even further through a new game portal scheduled to launch in 2011.
