Welcome
to "Live 2 Win", Ten Ton Hammer's weekly newsletter that discusses all things
Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2.
Ghosts of Ascalon is now out in bookstores everywhere. It is my suggestion that you look in the "roleplaying" section with the Dungeons & Dragons books where the other MMO/gaming related novels are located in most major retailers or just pick it up online.
XP progression in Guild Wars 2 will be way different than standard MMOs. You'll take about the same amount of time between each level (and there will be 80 of them) instead of most of the time being spent at higher levels. Click here for more information.

Hail loyal soldiers of Ascalon! It is Prince Rurik here with this week's tip:
Be sure to watch how much you pay a runner. Often times you can find a much better deal by waiting for a different runner than picking one right now just because they're available.

For the release of the first novel set in the Guild Wars 2 universe, Ghosts of Ascalon, ArenaNet has also given fans a sneak peak into the major regions of Tyria and how they've changed since the original Guild Wars by providing a new world map. While many of the marked locations no doubt tie directly into the storyline of the new novel, this new map of Tyria still sheds plenty of light on the size and scope of the world as players will experience it in the upcoming MMOG.
