Pushing WoW into the North.
In their hands-on preview, Gamespy explored some of the vast stretches of WoW's upcoming continent, Northrend, and basically give their impressions on the upcoming expansion, Wrath of the Lich King.
Once I'd gotten to Westguard Keep, I was instantly enlisted by the local Alliance conscripts. Of course, I figured a quick stop at the inn was in order so that I could plant my hearthstone there. Within the sweet rest-granting confines of the inn, I came across a harried chef offering me some gold in exchange for harvesting some (supposedly) delicious Shovelhorn meat. Not really knowing what a Shovelhorn was but anticipating an exciting new addition to my cooking repertoire, I embarked on a search for these mysterious beasts. As it turned out, the Shovelhorn are kind of a cross between a boar and a moose, with the sturdy frame of a the hellboars found in the Outlands and colossal horns shaped kind of like a moose's.
