Another day brings another Kickstarter update from Missing Worlds media on their upcoming City of Heroes spiritual successor, City of Titans. Today’s update is all about optional PvP and the possible ways that it may be added to the gaming world. Currently the devs have 8 ideas for PvP implementation that include team-based battleground instances, dueling, PvP zones, a variation of LOTRO’s monster play, Arenas, minigames, public quest type PvP, and  PvP versions of normal zone instances. While none of these are etched in stone, the team is calling for feedback from fans on which they would like to see.

In addition to today’s update, MMO Games recently posted a new interview with members of the City of Titans dev team to talk about their successful Kickstarter campaign, planned launch content, guilds, plans for player-created content, and more.

City of Titans began its Kickstarter on October 2, 2013 with the goal of raising $320,000. Thus far the campaign has raised $474,715 with 10 days to go.
