CCP Guard returns this week with a new EVE Online developer video filmed from within the depths of the customer relations department and Virtual Worlds Operations center at CCP.
Customer relations deals with a variety of problems ranging from fraud to in-game problems, while the Virtual World Operations team keeps the game up and running with regular maintenance and server work to minimize downtimes and improve performance.
