EVE Developer Video Examines Customer Relations and Server Operations

CCP Guard returns this week with a new EVE Online developer video filmed from within the depths of the customer relations department and Virtual Worlds Operations center at CCP.

Customer relations deals with a variety of problems ranging from fraud to in-game problems, while the Virtual World Operations team keeps the game up and running with regular maintenance and server work to minimize downtimes and improve performance. Check out the full video below to find out what these guys do behind the scenes to keep EVE Online players happy and keep the EVE universe up and running as smoothly as possible.
