  • Dwarf Racial Overview Page

Today we have yet another update, this time a revamp of our old racial pages. The first to undergo this change is the sturdy Dwarfs who now have the first new Racial Overview page on our site. This page includes general information on the Dwarfs as well as class lists and links to other Dwarfy places of interest.

Small but sturdy. The dwarfs of the Old World are one of the oldest races out there, and even though their power is waning in their later years, the dwarfs are still a great force.

  • Career Overviews: Empire Bright Wizard & Chaos Magus

It seems in the recent updates we missed linking to the imagery and basic thoughts on the other Empire & Chaos careers that we have seen; the Chaos Magus & Empire Bright Wizard. So without further delays you should check them out!

If I know one thing about Warhammer Bright wizards it’s that we can expect burning. Lots of burning. The Bright Wizards are known far and wide for their ability to set fires and burn things in multiple different ways, and it seems that in Warhammer Online they will be no different.

  • Before the Storm - How it will change your WoW experience

Today is patch day! Hurray! Today Blizzard releases patch 2.0 - Before the Storm, that introduces many of the changes that we thought we would not see until the Burning Crusade is launched next year. What are the most important changes and how will they affect you? Find out here.

*Talent Changes - *This to me is the biggest change since it effects everyone! All the new talents will be in the game opening up many different play styles and opportunities. I can't wait to be able to use many of the new talents in a live setting rather than just beta. It is important to note though that all the talents are still being tested in beta and may change again when the Burning Crusade is actually released.

  • TenTonHammer's First Look at "Escape from Durnholde Keep"

Over the last week I have had a chance to further expand our First Look series of articles focusing on the Instances in the Burning Crusade. This time I look at the first instance in the Caverns of Time: Thrall's Escape from Durnholde Keep

The Caverns of Time are a really neat concept from a fan boys point of view, and one that provides endless possibilities if and when Blizzard chooses to expand them. The caverns are home to an entirely new faction that tries to protect the time continuum. To do this they must send groups back in time to correct the timeline as an enemy faction tries to corrupt it for their own gain. The first such time line that needs to be corrected is Thralls escape.

  • Topic of the Week: Hacking Guilds, Corrupted Cheaters, Wrathful Blizzard

The latest topic of the week discusses the rather taboo subject of hacking, cheating, and defying the wrathful Blizzard. Don't get me wrong, there is no supporting of that here, but we are discussing the consequences, reaction, and much more related to the dastardly crimes against Azeroth!

"A hot topic in the WoW community lately has been those who wish to cheat, hack, and bypass various mechanics in WoW. Raiding members of entire guilds have been banned recently for an exploit that allowed them to skip AQ40 content. Posters on various cheat related boards find their accounts temporarily suspended if their in-game name shows up, and even some cheaters have had the police called to them for threatening to off themselves if their accounts aren't re-opened."

  • Quellious Deity Quest Line

With the introduction of Echoes of Faydwer, we now have deities to worship! Just pick a God, and prove your loyalty. Sounds easy, eh? Not as easy as you would think, which is where I come in. To kick off our deity quest guides, we have my own personal God of choice, Quellious!

Quellious is represented by a beautiful, child-like avatar. This gentle good aligned God stands for peace, tranquility, and harmony, and she strives to bring order and enlightenment to the mortal races. As a monk, this was an obvious deity choice for me, and the more I read about Quellious, the more I knew that she was the appropriate representative of all that my character strives for in her virtual life.
