Changing Your Bind

Can I change the location my character goes to when I use my recall

The location your character defaults to when you recall is called your
bind point. In Vanguard, changing your bind point requires you to
locate a bind stone. You'll find bind stones located throughout Telon,
generally in convenient locations near cities and outposts. Bind stones
are found on large platforms similar to those on which altars (the
location you'll land at if your character dies) are found, except that
instead of an altar a bind stone will have a green pillar in the center
of the platform. To activate the bind stone, simply right click on the
green pillar. Be warned that you will not receive any sort of
confirmation message asking whether you truly want to bind at this
location--make href=""> style="border: 0px solid ; float: left;" alt="bind stone"

before you click! However, if you should
happen to accidentally activate a bind stone, you'll have a few seconds
to hit the ESCAPE key on your keyboard to interrupt the process before
you're bound for good.

Don't look for bind
stones to be close together. Travel is part of the adventure in Telon,
and bind stones are meant not to minimize travel but to prevent long
tedious runs to return to a location where your character can rest
safely or buy and sell goods.
