Urzula surveyed the assembled company of warriors, Sorcerers, Zealots, and other members of the Raven Host. They were a formidible army to look upon, of that there was no doubt. These were the fiercest, deadliest, most devoted and fanatical servants of Lord Tchar'zanek, and so it was they who recieved the most important tasks and missions.

When Urzula opened her mouth and spoke, the voice that came forth was not her own. The sound was that of a chorus of voices, some male and some female, and all brimming with otherworldly power. This was the voice of Z'malek who was also called the Plotter and the Dark Watcher. Z'malek was a servant of Tzeentch, and one of many such creatures who inhabited Urzula's body, for she was a Magus, a channeler of Daemons.

"Hear me mortals! Our search for the Darkfire Scepter is in danger. An army of men approaches from the north, and we must meet them in battle or be destroyed. Conquer our foes, and then we can be free to hunt for the Beastman who carries the scepter. Our agents know that the scepter is close at hand, and it will be found, but first we must bring pain and death to these feeble mortals who stand against the Changer of Ways. Go now, and please my lord with the conquest of our enemies."

Urzula collapsed to her knees, exhausted. The effort of channeling such a powerful entity had left her spent. Several of her attendants rushed to her side and helped her slowly to her feet. She was only dimly aware that all around her, the warriors of the Raven Host were making hurried preparations.

As she rested, Urzula recalled the Daemon's words. An army of the Empire was approaching from the north. The search for the Darkfire Scepter had been of paramount inmportance - if the Daemon had called off the search then the threat must be grave indeed.

Reaper's Circle:

Location: Ostland.

Stage I: Kill 50 Rankhide Wolves. one of the quests from the Chap.6 camp will bring you in contact with this PQ. The Rankhide Wolves aren't hard to find in this area. You'll just have to look behind the bushes sometimes, but with a decent group you'll be able to finish this part rather quickly as these are standard type mobs. Be careful with your targeting though. there's a load of neutral vultures in the area as well and you can avoid unecessary fighting by taking a second to make sure you have your targets correct before launching your next attack

Make sure to inspect that signboard behind Kraunel... before he kills you works best

Stage II: Kill 5 Dark Apprentices. This is a lot harder than it looks. The minute you kill all the wolves, skeletons pop up in the graveyard and start pathing. There's two types. Skeletal minions, which are standard type mobs located all over the place and Boneshard Guardians, which are Champion Class mobs and located near the Dark Apprentices, who are standard mobs. So you have three types of mobs to chose from, but only one type counts. You can count on Minion adds during your fights with the Guardians and the apprentices will be casting away as well, so healers need to be on their toes here. (Something of interest that we found is that there are attackable corpses laying on the ground during Stage I. Destroying them may determine how many Boneshard Guardians you have wandering about, making this part of Stage II easy as pie)One way to approach this is to have a melee DPS from the party attack the Dark Apprentice while the tank and the others handle the Guardian and any extra mobs.

Stage III: Kraunel the Reaper. Once you've disposed of the Dark Apprentices, Kraunel the Reaper appears and starts wandering through the graveyard. Kraunel is a Hero Class mob with some infrequest DoT's, a few standard class mob friends, and a penchant for hitting hard. He tends to like healers, so tanks makes sure to spam those taunts!

When you finish, make sure to take a look at the interactive signboard for a Tome of Knowledge update!

Loot Drops: Special items are dependent on the type of loot bag that is won, and your class. Every loot bag contains the tradeskill items and coins.

  • Thick Glass Vial: Apothecary
  • Serous Gall : Cultivation
  • Wrought Iron Watering Can: Cultivation
  • Dew-laden Peat: Cultivation
  • Coins

Wayshrine of Sigmar:

Location: Ostland

Stage I: Kill 60 Felde Refugees. In a small encampment not too far from the Raven's Edge Warcamp, you'll find a band of Felde Refugees in a makeshift camp off to the side of the road. As long as you're walking down the main path, you'll run right into it. The Felde Refugees are stadard type mobs, but they're in a densely packed area so be careful of the add potential here. If you were doing this as a small group, you could hit just about everyone from outside the camp and pick them off one by one.

Stage II: Kill 5 Doom Prophets. When you've rid the camp of the weakling Refugees, a few more pop up. They had predicted this would happen and now are here to stop you. The Doom Prophets are Champion class mobs, but wait there's more! they're accompanied by two Felde Flagellants, who are also Champion class mobs. There's two ways to do this, messy and messy, so just focus on taking down the Doom Prophet first and then worry about the Flagellants. Extra healers are full of extra special goodness during this encounter.

Stage III: Defeat Oswald Striker. Now the big man makes an appearance. Oswald Striker is a Hero Class Warrior Priest. He's tough, he heals, and he... resets? We found that attacking him too far away from the statue of Sigmar caused him to reset mid fight. It was an annoying bug which is surely being looked into currently, but for now, your best bet is to attack Striker near the statue as he doesn't seem to reset from there. You can also attack the statue, and we suggest doing so because Sigmar's a weenie.

Loot Drops: Special items are dependent on the type of loot bag that is won, and your class. Every loot bag contains the tradeskill items and coins.

  • Green Loot Bag: Rank 11 Shoulders
  • Thick Glass Vial: Apothecary
  • Serous Gall : Cultivation
  • Wrought Iron Watering Can: Cultivation
  • Dew-laden Peat: Cultivation
  • Coins

Arachnaphobes may need a change of shorts after this quest.

Stage I: Burn 50 Cocooned Marauders. This is the easiest PQ to find as it happens to literally be right next to the Chap.6 camp. It seems that a contingent of raven Host Marauders went and got themsleves caught by some giant spiders. Not cool. Now, you have to burn them to teach them a lesson by burning them, cocoon and all. The cocoons are all over the field, that's good. But the field is heavily populated by Silkens, and that's bad. However, the Silkens come with a free Frogurt! Ok, they don't, and that's bad, but they aren't that hard to defeat since they're standard type mobs. However, get three or four on you and that is bad. What's good is not the free toppings that come with the frogurt, but the fact that there are several cocoons that you can get with little or no fighting at all. You can be a pretty decent distance away when you interact with the cocoons, so if you watch yourself no fighting is necessary. The best place to get the cocoons is to run back and forth between the farmhouse and the shack. Lots of cocoons around them both and very little fighting required.

Stage II: Destroy 8 Eggs. The easiest way to cull the Silken population is to destroy the eggs before they hatch, right? Maybe not. As you were torching the cocoons, you may have noticed several pits with green eggs in them that you couldn't do anything to. Well now you can, however be ready. Once you attack an egg, you in turn will be attacked by two Outraged Silken, both Champion Class mobs. You have ten minutes to complete this part so speed killing is the name of the game.

Stage III: Matriarch Silken, Patriarch Silken. So now you're done, right? Wrong. You don't mess with Mommy's little boys and Daddy's little girls! Momma Silken and Poppa Silken aren't very happy with this little turn of events and they come looking to get a little vengeance. Both the Matriarch and Patriarch Silkens are Hero Class mobs and they have a wicked DoT poison, so once again, healers be on your toes.

Loot Drops: Special items are dependent on the type of loot bag that is won, and your class. Every loot bag contains the tradeskill items and coins.

  • Green Loot Bag: Rank 11 Shoulders
  • Thick Glass Vial: Apothecary
  • Serous Gall : Cultivation
  • Wrought Iron Watering Can: Cultivation
  • Dew-laden Peat: Cultivation
  • Coins
