Customizing your guardian and your ship is a big part of Destiny, which is why it’s always exciting when a new batch of ships and armor shaders get added to the game. The House of Wolves expansion adds over 8 new armor shaders and 5 new ships that we know of so far. These shaders and skins can be picked up from the Queen’s Wrath and House of Judgment vendors in the new Reef social space.

Queens Wrath - Armor Shaders and Ships

The queen has four colorful armor shaders and one ship up for grabs which will require a rank 2 standing with her faction for the first two shaders, and a rank 3 for the final two and ship. The best way to gain rank with the faction is by completing her bounties.

House of Judgment (Prison of Elders) Armor Shaders and Ships

The House of Judgment vendor Variks has a little more to offer in terms of stock than the Queens Wrath vendor. You’ll need at least Rank 2 standing with the House of Judgment before you can get your hands on ships, and Rank 3 for the Shaders. The best way to increase your ranking is by completing Prison of Elders matches and turning in the Cores you receive as rewards there.

Shaders

Each shader from the House of Judgment requires Rank 3 standing and 1 Token of Identity, a reward for increasing your rank with the HoJ.

Ships

House of Judgment ships require you be at least Rank 2 to purchase and cost 1 Token of Flight, another reward for ranking up with the House of Judgment.

Trials of Osiris Armor Shaders and Ships

Unlike the House of Judgment and Queens Wrath, the Trials of Osiris shaders and ships can’t be purchased directly and are instead received randomly in the different tiers of prize packs.

Shaders

  • Eye of the Mad God
  • The Eye
