North of Hobbiton is Overhill, a logging community in the Shire.
Recently, all had not been well in Overhill. Beset with wild

beasts and ghastly spiders, Overhill has problems enough to merit at
call from heroes of the Free People.

This quest chain climaxes with saving the "walking
tree", one of the
more fun "escort" quests in LOTRO.  Beware the spiders here,
they can drop down from above, which can be quite a surprise for newer
adventurers.
