Star Vault is advising Mortal Online players to check their accounts and ensure that their status is correct and that passwords are working correctly. As an added measure, it would probably be a good idea to change your password just to be safe. Luckily, Star Vault's post stated that personal payment information was not compromised. Stay tuned and we’ll update you with any new details.

SV’s security was breached for a short period of time yesterday, a member of the in game support team had their details used and the individuals then proceeded to destroy in game assets as well as make changes to the status of accounts.
This breach has now been closed and additional security is in place. Your private payment information was not breached. Indeed it is not possible even for SV to access this.
While we continue to gather evidence and look to our formal response to the individuals involved, it is important at this time that everyone to please check that their password is working as normal. If not please contact a member of the support team through a support ticket or on IRC.
As a reminder, it’s best to make your password a mix of numbers letters and upper/ lowercase caps eg: D1FfIculTPA55. We are continuing to work through the logs and have completed many of the necessary repairs and restorations of assets but if you could please have patience as some of these are complex and time consuming.
