With one of the current big complaints being the severe lack of support provided by NCsoft for Aion, it was nothing but good news to hear that this is getting some attention.



As reported by the Aion community team via Twitter, in-game GM support will be added on a 24 hour a day and 7 day a week basis to address in-game petitions. The new boost to support is much needed and many hope to see the same attention given to out of game support which has been a roadblock for many players.



I wonder if this is also to add a consistent team to deal with in game gold sales spam? Hopefully with a good crew we'll see some good results!
