There are some very cool updates in this round of EverQuest 2 Patch Notes with new loot option additions, bug fixes to the Epic Weapon quests, and shinie loot rules. Don't really want to read though all of the GU43 patch notes you say? Boring, technical, and long you think? Yeah, me too. Which is why I read THESE patch notes, made fun and entertaining by our very own Coyote and Radar!
Need before greed: Players are given the option to select "need", "greed", or "decline" for each item in a chest. The item will be assigned to a random player who chooses "need". If no players choose "need", it will be randomly assigned to a player who chooses "greed".
RadarX: There is always an issue with people you don't know and this system...everyone hits Need.
Coyote: Sure, I might not "need" it, but I "need" it because Bristlebane "needs" donations. See? Need.
RadarX: What they need is a "I'm greedy so roll on everything" check box so you don't have to click "roll."
Coyote: Yeah.....that's what we big kids like to call "soloing".
