To prepare vault dwellers for their emergence on November 10th, Bethesda has been posting a new instruction video each day the last week or so outlining the different Special stats available to your Fallout 4 character. Each video follows the iconic Vault Boy as he shows us the effects and benefits each stat has on your character. It's a fun and entertaining way to introduce new players and refresh old ones alike.

The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. acronym stands for each of the different stats you can put points into.

"S" is for Strength that allows you to carry heavier objects and do more melee damage.

"P" is for Perception. A vital stat for discovering hidden enemies and stealing items.

"E" represents Endurance. This stat increases your ability to take damage and your immunity to the effects of radiation.

"C" is for Charisma. Perfect for smooth talking your way out of fights and convincing others to do your bidding.

"I" Intelligence allows you to hack into electronic systems and also opens new dialogue options.

"A" is for Agility, which increaes the amount of action points you get when using the VaT system.

"L" One of the stranger stats, Luck increaes the odds of landing a critical hit, and the chance of receiving valuable loot.
