Highly anticipated for its breathtaking combat graphics, Black Desert Online could set the bar a notch higher for the graphic-appeal of big studio clients. The game also seeks to offer some of the more detailed character customization options than most typical fantasy-multiplayer RPGs.

Alpha Test Details

Servers for the Alpha test will be live from October 26th - November 1st and open to a limited audience only.

Those limited sets of keys will be made available through community and fan websites and also through Black Desert Online's official Facebook and Twitter pages.

Daum Games has also made a note to remind participants that:

"As Black Desert Online is still in localization and polishing stages to adapt to the Western market, this early alpha version of the EU/NA client will only be able to provide a basic gameplay experience and does not reflect the final state of the product at launch.

Players will also find some features present that are disabled or not fully functional. This is intentional as Daum Games are focusing on tweaking the hardware (server integration) and client configuration. A detailed list of known issues can be found when the game is started. This build will only be playable in English. The level cap during this Alpha is 30."
