We’ve been wondering what the website that Blizzard locked down under the domain name of Project Blackstone was all about. This week we may finally have our answer. The site is now up and running, but there’s a password lock on the door. Luckily, PCGamesN have already cracked it and the site can be accessed by typing Y7_$0>0k_3<$m.

Inside the site you’ll find an email exchange between two characters, Dr. Helek Branamoor and Dr. Talen Ayers, who engage in a bitter discussion and talk about zerg larvae. Given that the Blackstone site is part of the StarCraft II battle.net page, it’s likely the start of a marketing campaign/teaser for the upcoming launch of StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm next month.

The site appears to contain spaces for additional entries that may be revealed in the coming days/weeks leading up to launch. Stay tuned and we’ll update you when we have more. In the meantime, head over and check it out for yourself.
