EVE Online players were given some new options for their free holiday gifts this year. Unfortunately, this also came with a change in how these could be claimed and this ended up confusing many players and making them miss out on this years gift. But CCP has stepped up to correct this little problem and is giving players until January 5th to contact Customer Support to receive their gifts and promotional items if they were eligible to receive them over the holidays.
The original deadline for claiming the items was on December 21st. If you missed out, be sure to petition Customer Support before January 5th and you can still get your items.
