If the new trailer is any indication, Bungies next expansion The Taken King will be chalk full of story, something that fans have been clamoring for since the game's first day on shelves. In the 2 minute video we get our first ear full of Oryx, the new big bad boss we'll be dealing with. He has brought his legions of "taken" enemy soldiers to get revenge on us for taking out his son Crota way back in the Dark Below Days.

While there wasn't a whole lot of new information to be gleaned from the trailer we can now confirm that the Taken King lives up to his name as he populates his army with the abducted members of other species (modified of course). The Awoken also look like they'll be playing a larger role in this expansion, with a large battle between Awoken and Taken forces being shown throughout the video. Hopefully we'll learn a little more about them as well as the Taken when the expansion launches on September 15th.
