Shouldn't it be called Stellar Positioning System?

One man on a mission in EVE Online is creating a mapping guide for those of you who may need a little direction in your life. While links to various mapping overlays are nice, the real gem is the new GPS-type mapping overlay that will give you positioning even when jumping from one solar system to another.
