Most every gamer at this point knows who Felicia Day is from her talented work on numerous projects including the comical web series The Guild, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along-Blog and much more. But everybody’s favorite redheaded gamer girl has found a new project that will help fire up fans of the BioWare's Dragon Age series. Day has been working on a new six-part Dragon Age live action series, which will feature a new character created by Day called Tallis, a headstrong elven assassin that fights dirty and has a sarcastic sense of humor.

The new six-episode series, Dragon Age: Redemption, has already concluded filming and will be available for viewing online later this year and takes place in Ferelden, a kingdom from Dragon Age: Origins that will also be featured in Dragon Age II. Day, who also wrote the story, is an avid gamer herself and is aware of the bad luck video games have had transitioning to movies and hopes to create something that all gamers will be proud of.

Dragon Age: Redemption will be presented tonight by Felicia Day on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on NBC.

Look for the world premiere of Dragon Age: Redemption this Wednesday, February 16, presented by Felicia Day on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on NBC (check your local listings), and get your first on-set look at Dragon Age: Redemption on "Gametrailers TV with Geoff Keighley" on Spike TV, Thursday, February 24 (check your local listings).
