The short version:

• Better performance
• New Hero - Kael'Thas - [Guide]
• Aesthetic Art Changes
• Diablo gets a new mount - Terror Charge - he runs across the battlefield on all fours
• Stimpack added to Starter Bundle
• Price changes to Team League and Muradin's Kandy King skin (both lowered)
• E.T.C. Pure Country skin will now have appropriate sounds. 
• You can now turn Allied Chat on and off. 
• Right click through Minimap option (Huzzah!)
