A couple days ago, Blizzard rolled out the first phase of matchmaking improvements in Heroes of the Storm. While some players are seeing improvements in their games, it seems there's still a number of players who feel matchmaking is still unfair, or potentially even worse than it was before.

If you are one of those players, Blizzard wants to hear from you. Visit this thread in the official forums to provide all of the relevant information about the game(s) where you felt matchmaking failed. While not all reports will be individually replied to, they will all be investigated as Blizzard seeks to continue to refine the matchmaking system.

With that said, be aware there could be external factors outside of the matchmaker that could be affecting games right now. A new patch, as well as a new Hero in Lunara, can be bringing in new players, or older players who haven't been around in a while. In either case, the MMR may actually not be an issue, but players' game knowledge could be the contributing factor to what feels like a lopsided match.

Either way, it's good to know that Blizzard is taking the project of overhauling Heroes' matchmaking seriously, and they plan to continue to work on improvements. A solid matchmaking system is imperative for a positive experience in both Quick Match and Hero League, and it seems that we're steadily moving in that direction.
