Heroes of the Storm has been getting a lot more Diablo III related content recently. From The Butcher, to Leoric and Kharazim, as well as two new D3-themed battlegrounds, the world of Sanctuary is now much represented much more strongly in the Nexus.

To reward players who enjoy both titles, immediately following the upcoming Heroes of the Storm patch, any player with a Diablo III license on their Battle.net account will permanently unlock the Diablo Hero in HotS. You'll only need to log in to Heroes before September 8th at 10:00am PDT to claim this reward.

The rewards don't only apply to one game, however. Any player who has reached at least level 12 in Heroes of the Storm will unlock a unique portrait frame and pennant in Diablo III (PC and Mac versions only.)

Lastly, if you level a seasonal character to 70 in Diablo III in Season 4 or beyond, you'll unlock the Malthael's Phantom mount in Heroes of the Storm. Both the new Heroes of the Storm patch, and Season 4 in Diablo III, will be coming soon, so you'll be able to start working on earning these in-game rewards.
