DC Universe Online will be getting its next dose of content with the Lightning Strikes DLC on December 6th according to a recent SOE press release. The Lightning Strikes DLC will add the new Electricity Powers, new story missions featuring The Flash and more.

Tuesday, December 6 is the date filled with brand new SOE game content! DC UNIVERSE ONLINE will launch its second downloadable content (DLC) pack -- Lightning Strikes -- featuring The Flash and introducing Electricity Powers as DCUO's eighth power set.
