After handing off the development of the MMORTS, End of Nations, to Trion Worlds back in December, Petroglyph headed to Kickstarter this week to try and raise funds for their new project, Victory. Petroglyph hopes to raise a target goal of $700,000 to fund Victory’s development over the next 28 days.

Victory is an online team vs team battle arena set during World War II. While not an RTS, Victory does embody RTS-like controls and viewpoints but is not specifically an RTS title. Players can command squads of units to capture key points or destroy enemies and locations during each match. Victory Project Lead Oksana Kubushyna described the game in its official press release as, “If World of Tanks, StarCraft and League of Legends had a baby, it would be Victory.”
