Today marks the 10th anniversary of one of the games that helped BioWare establish its name with RPG fans - Knights of the Old Republic (KOTRO). The Star Wars-based RPG gave fans a taste of the intricate characters and story that BioWare has become so popular for. This week Creative Director James Ohlen penned a new dev blog to talk about KOTOR and its influence on the development of Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR).

As part of the 10th anniversary celebration, BioWare will be giving away Cartel Coins on Facebook, so keep an eye out throughout the day. Additionally, for today only, SWTOR players can purchase the new “Revan’s Heir” title on the Cartel Market for 10 Cartel Coins.
