The Rift Podcast returns this week joined by RIFT Sr. Community Manager Cindy "Abigale" Bowens and Assistant Community Manager James "Elrar" Nichols to talk about this weekend's World Event and planned changes for the game, fake emails, guild banks and more.

The duo discussed how quickly the event was completed by players this weekend and how the speed of the players surprised even the developers. Hostess Arithion also delves into the miscommunication that occurred before the event in which Executive Producer Scott Hartsman advised players to spread out to avoid lag, stating that they would get rewarded for the event regardless of where they took part. Unfortunately, the rewards didn't scale for each zone and Abigale touches on that a bit, but Scott Hartsman has already posted a little something for players following this weekend's event.
