"None of the classes are done," but then they never really are, right?

In a short but sweet post, Tigole (Blizzard Blue post) confirmed that patch 3.0 will be on the PTR soon so we can test out the pre-Lich King content which will be significant. He also mentions that patches are typically on the PTR for up to two months. This seems to make the delivery date even more fuzzy than it was (if the patch is on the PTR for 2 months and it goes live one month before the launch of Lich King, then we are looking at a really late 2009 launch). Is this the pre-cursor to a launch delay notice? Can it be delayed when it was never truly announced? This gives me a headache.

With all of the hearsay and contradictions, it is clear that at some point the Wrath of the Lich King will ship, and when it does, we will know it at some point. In other words, when it's done.
