    The official site for Vanguard: Saga of Heroes has been updated with the weekly news update.

    Quest Experience

    As many players have noticed, this morning’s patch increased the amount of experience that was awarded for the completion of quests. The experience reward will likely continue to be tweaked over the course of the next few patches, but we will be sure to let everyone know of any additional changes.

  • The Art of Keith Parkinson

    GamersInfo posted a look at the art of this reknowned and beloved artist.

    Jeff Woleslagel, of TenTonHammer.com, and I spend more than an hour walking the room, viewing the pieces, determining what we like best. The colors were amazing vibrant and Jeff and I both commented that it was odd…but there was so little depth; the paintings didn't necessarily resemble what we remembered from box art or books. Then we'd look at the final media and the depth would show through. Neither of us had ever considered that the work that was to be scaled down required such a different perspective.

    The official site for Vanguard Saga of Heroes was updated this morning with the notes for the latest patch.

    GAMEPLAY NOTES
    - Player chance to sneak past even level NPCs without detection has been significantly increased.
    - Infineum Affliction is no longer quite so debilitating.
    - NPCs - NPC’s with “Timemage” abilities are now immune to charm.
    - NPCs - Overland and Dungeon bosses are now more resistant to various status afflicting spells such as charm, fear, clone, stun and mesmerize.
