  • New Player Beta Journal

    The official site for Lord of the Rings Online has posted the weekly beta journal. This week we get a look at what the Dwarf is like.

    Regardless of where they hail from, dwarves begin their adventures in the mountains of Ered Luin at Thorin's Gates, after an introductory adventure which includes meeting a couple very familiar characters, and an adventure with a Cave Troll. This area also has many elves, who escaped from Edhelion during the siege and subsequent downfall of the city.

  • Vanguard Stands Up Against Gold Farmers!

    In the weekly update on the official Vanguard: Saga of Heroes site, there is a note that they have already been using the banstick to try and keep the game gold farmer free!

    The community has been absolutely fantastic at helping us catch gold farmers by reporting them and pointing them out to us. Many bannings have happened already and many more are soon to follow. So please, keep up the good work and thank you!

  • Accounts Banned

    The official site for Final Fantasy XI has a note this morning that the banstick has been crashing down again.

    Over 5,000 accounts in violation of the FINAL FANTASY XI user agreement were suspended or banned today. These accounts belonged to users that engaged in RMT activities or made use of third-party tools or "cheats".

    Kudos to the folks at Final Fantasy for fighting the good fight. Learn more here.

  • Epic Chassis Stats Revealed!

    WarCry posted another article yesterday. This one reveals the epic stats that will be coming with Update 4.

    The Epic Chassis quests were first introduced in Update 1 as part of 3 Uber Mission Arcs, the requirements for these Epics have shifted dramatically with each update. From the insane 100k tags required to the upcoming 10k for the infamous 3 Epic chassis!

  • Besieged Adjustments

    The official site for Final Fantasy XI has a note this morning about the plans for the upcoming version update...

    In the upcoming version update, we plan to make further adjustments to Besieged, including a level increase to the beastman armies, the addition of new temporary items, and new combat abilities for the Serpent Generals.
