Yes Siiz is currently the only person on the planet to own this sweet staff. The best part is now it’s on live servers, we can clarify not only the stats but also the perks. Yes, not only is it an amazingly powerful staff, it comes with a little extra sweetness: you get the ability to turn into a blue dragon … with horns.

However, unlike the Vial of Shifting Sands, you can’t carry anyone on your back. The proud owner’s guildies also get a rather awesome mini pet. Yes it’s pretty uber and if you don’t already have it, this should give you even more inclination to sink plenty of money and time into getting one of your very own.
