Richard Garriott, the Executive Producer for Tabula Rasa, has a well documented fascination with space judging from the many exhibits he keeps in his home. His passion for the cosmos was reiterated today according to Korean news, as he is on a waiting list to fly into space this fall and spend a week at the fabulous International Space Station. NCSoft is considering using this as a promotional platform for the launch of Tabula Rasa but the real question is, will he be able to play in space?

NCsoft, South Korea's largest game company by revenue, said its American game director Richard Garriott will fly to the Internatioanl Space Station in the fall of 2008, only a few months after Ko San takes the exactly same flight to become the nation's first astronaut.

At $25 million dollars I hope he gets some really good pictures. Good luck General. You can find this article in The Korea Times.
