EverQuest II Developer Interview: Roger Sewell

Meet some more of the SOE team!

The latest EQII interview is with Roger Sewell, a network engineer for SOE.

I started working in the Gaming industry in 1993 when I went to work for a company called "Fightertown" in Lake Forest, California. In 1996 I went to work in New Jersey as the lead artist on a World War II Flight Simulation. In 1998 I moved back to California to finish College at Chapman University and to play lacrosse in college. In 2001 I got a job at Sony Online Entertainment working in Technical Support. I worked in Technical Support for 18 months, then I went to work on Star Wars Galaxies in Austin, Texas. After working on Star Wars Galaxies I went to work in 'Operations', maintaining all of the servers that run all of our games. In July of 2007, I moved into the Network Engineering department where I am currently working.
