DAOC Population Bonus Adjustments

One more population bonus: cheap labor.
Changes have been made to Dark Age of Camelot's population bonuses.
Population bonuses for Bossiney, Devon and Killibury have been adjusted. Starting today, here are the new bonuses:
These changes are currently live:
Bossiney: Midgard (7 days), Hibernia (7 days), Albion (3 days)
Devon: Hibernia (7 days), Albion (5 days), Midgard (3 days)
Killibury: Albion (7 days), Hibernia (5 days), Midgard (5 days)
