All Hail Major Graphical
Revamps!

EVE Online's next expansion, dubbed Trinity, is billed not only as
EVE's largest expansion to date in terms of content, but also as a
major graphical revamp of the game for those whose computers can handle
the hefty requirements of Shader Model 3.0. But bow much will Trinity
improve the graphics of today's EVE Online client and, just as
importantly, what kind of performance hit are we talking? CCP's Chief
Technical Officer Halldor "PrepH" Fannar and Phil Scott of nVidia set
out to answer these questions with a series of dramatic visuals
comparing EVE Online's current looks with those culled from the next
expansion. Have a look!
