Guild Wars 2 Joins the Wiki

The categories of the Ten Ton Wiki have been cleaned up a bit. New categories: High Fantasy, Free-to-Play, Dark Fantasy/Horror, and Historical Fantasy have been added and others, such as the "Game" category, have been cleaned up.  In addition, a new page has been added for the developing game Guild Wars 2.
