Talk about customer service!

Changes are coming to The Lord of the Rings Online, specifically in Angmar. The developers feel that Angmar was a little bit rushed, since they were in crunch time when they were putting the finishing touches on it, so they're going back to retool it after gathering feedback from the community.

We've given Angmar some time to simmer, and after gathering feedback and data from our players and other sources, we've formulated a plan. The Reported Quest Difficulty Levels and Recommendations thread on the LOTRO forums has been particularly helpful in pinpointing some of the inconsistent quests. We also played through the entire region and took copious notes on improvements and polish we can add to Angmar.
