NCSoft has posted pictures of the winners from their Halloween City of Heroes/Villains costume contest.
Some days wouldnt it be nice to be a super hero! Or... at least dress like one? Well, while you may not be interested in getting dressed up in a cape and tights, you can see a few folks who are!
