And lastly, the future of Tabula Rasa. As expected, no dates were given, but I wasn’t quite looking for one. I was just curious as to what they’ve been up to with development recently, how progress is going, and if they were working on anything particular exciting. I didn’t get much out of this inquiry, but at least they sounded confident that their progress was very favorable and that they would have something successful. And their plans to ensure the longevity of their game would come in the form of content updates. More planets, more areas, and more conflicts. He wasn’t sure on the presence of events run by a live team or GMs, and said that it’s something that I might want to contact PR later to get a low-down on the aspects that he wasn’t personally as familiar with. Perhaps I’ll end up looking into that.

All in all, I’m impressed by what they had to offer at this point in time. It’s got potential, it’s got polish, and it’s got what seems to be a great team heading up a solid project. In fact, I’m more concerned that other newcomers might not be as easy going when it comes to evaluating the experience based upon the guided tour. I hope they shape up, because they deserve plenty of positive regard for their hard work. Before I parted, I gave them some feedback on their experience, and I already overheard them discussing how to improve their impressions, and all of that led to this. Action RPG and FPS hybrid fans, you’ve got something worth looking forwards to!
