There have been several new reviews of WoW out recently, especially since the European release. Here are clips and links to three that I found while trolling around this week.

Traversing The Barrens with fellow staffer and Orc, Nicholas 'Shebubu' Stewart, was an exhilarating experience - at first. To feel as though I was now a part of the Wacraft universe in a genuine way - in that my talents and time could advance the ambitions of the side I was playing on - and I could be as integral in the famous struggle of the Alliance against the Horde was nothing short of magical. ....

Wasn't expecting this to be a difficult review. Having Played and loved the Beta of World of Warcraft already, I was expecting this to be easy. Play some more on the Euro servers, slap a 9/10 at the end and wander down the pub in time for a swift round before closing.

The problem was that I realised I wasn't quite having the ball of a time I remembered. Something was amiss.

I've spent about a month with World of Warcraft now, and I do have to say that I was purely addicted for some time. I have never really been into the MMORPG scene that much, there have definately been some MMORPG's that I can respect as great games, but personally, I just wasn't able to get into them. I tried Everquest, Anarchy Online, and even City of Heroes...and they all ended with boredom and closed accounts in about three weeks......
