#37 Should You Play a Mage? (for all)
Blizzard has designed the Mage class such that it can dish out a lot of damage quickly, but is limited in the amount of punishment it can take.

#38 Plan Your Talents (for all)
The Talent system offers players the chance to focus their characters by enhancing their abilities and/or learning new ones. For instance, a Mage might choose to add damage, increase range or decrease casting time for certain spells, or possibly some combination, while a Warrior can choose among improvements like raising the likelihood of blocking, and augmenting the probability of striking bonus blows or multiple opponents.
