If cheap alcohol, petting zoos, Gnome strongmen, and buckets of candy sound like a night of fun, Blizzard is pleased to announce the opening of the Darkmoon Faire! Silas Darkmoon and his circus troop will be randomly moving periodically throughout the old world, from Azeroth, to Kalimdor. Currently to start it's maiden voyage, the Faire has kicked off the festivities just outside Elwynn Forest, and offers many new and exciting items, as well as quests. A must see for both Horde and Alliance of all levels!

(Elywnn Forest) Alliance get first crack at Darkmoon Faire on August 8th - August 15th, 2005.(Mulgore) The Horde will see the Faire on September 5th - September 12th, 2005.The faire moves back and forth between Mulgore and Elwynn Forest each calendar month, and appears on the first Friday of each month, requires 3 days to set up, and starts on early Monday.
