Get some information about Blizzard's thoughts for the future from the man at the top!

A & E Interactive has posted an interview with the president of Blizzard, Mike Morhaime which covers a number of areas, including his thoughts on the development of WoW, Blizzard's plans for further growth and the future of gaming in general!

Q: I think it’s hard to establish brands that don’t have any other presence. You folks have a very good brand to start with. They’re happy with 100,000 people in some of their games in terms of making money. Do you think other genres will take off?
A: I certainly don’t think that fantasy has a monopoly on online gaming.
Q: What’s it going to take to get other areas to take off?
A: I don’t know. There are other opportunities. Fantasy appeals to people because it’s something that we understand. There is a rich history of great fantasy works. Going back to our D&D roots. That’s the father of role playing. It’s natural it’s the first to become popular. I don’t think you have to be in fantasy to be successful.
